After Sales Support

When you purchase the system 15 minutes or 3 calls of support, whichever come first, is provided. Following this, support can be obtained two ways by subscribing to an Annual Support Agreement or on a User-Pays Basis.

Gaming Management Quarterly Support

For a fee of $100 + GST per quarter paid in advance, you will receive telephone and internet support.
Payment terms are strictly 14 days.
Wage Easy Support is charged annually.

User Pays Basis

All support is charged at $200 + GST per hour.
With a minimum charge of 15 minutes ($50+GST) per call, billed monthly.
Payment terms are strictly 14 days.


All updates to the software will be available to clients who have subscribed to an Support Agreement at a reduced price.
Client who decline the Support Agreement will pay a higher price.
